Leonor Perestrelo's pieces are handmade in 925 Silver and 925 silver 24K gold plating, and may include synthetic and natural stones. They are officially hallmarked by INCM, Contrastaria da Casa da Moeda (https://www.contrastaria.pt/marcas-de-portugal).

Shipping
Please keep in mind that it can take up to four weeks for your order to be craft, hallmarked and shipped. As all pieces are individually handmade by Leonor Perestrelo, we thank you for your understanding regarding any delays that may occur.
You will be notified when the order has been shipped and you will also receive an email with the tracking number.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Portugal (Islands included): 3€
European Union: 5,50€
Rest of the world: 8€
Warranty
According to Portugal's legislation, all articles have a 2-year guarantee.
However, signs of usage, passage of time, lack of precaution or the disappearance of the gold plating are not included in this guarantee.
Within these 2 years, gold plating is available at a lower price.
Payment and prices
Prices include VAT - currently 23% in Portugal
Payments with debit and credit card (MasterCard, American Express and Visa), via Stripe, MBWay and bank transfer are accepted.
Exchanges and returns
Please send an email with the exchange/return request to [email protected].
A piece can only be returned when it doesn’t show any usage mark; is still inside its respective box; with the presentation of the corresponding purchase invoice.
Customised pieces cannot be exchanged as they were made according to customer specifications

We are happy to assist in any issue and keep your piece as it was on the day you bought it.
Jewellery Care
Jewellery will naturally oxidise and gold plating can fade due to many factors, such as, contact with water (especially sea or pool water); harsh chemicals; perfume and lotion.
Each piece should be stored in a safe dry place (jewellery box or bag) and cleaned periodically using a soft fabric.
